Entrees
Entrees are the heart of the dining experience. This collection of entree recipes contains my very favorites – the tried and true dishes that I’ve made time and again (and that I will continue to make well into the future). Most of these recipes are traditionally dinner entrees though some work well for weekend lunches. A variety of quick and simple weeknight options are available along with some more laborious/time-intensive options that are better suited for weekends (or days off). Many are also great for entertaining.
